How can I contact Salus?

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we offer worldwide shipping.

Where do you ship from?
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Hong Kong.

Can I change or cancel my order?
We aim to process orders as quickly as possible. Any requests to change or cancel an order must be made within 12 hours of placing the order. Requests submitted after this time cannot be accommodated. Once received, orders may still be returned for a full refund in accordance with our return policy.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, as well as PayPal.

When will my order be processed?
Orders are processed Monday to Friday. Please allow additional processing time during holidays or promotional periods. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days from the date of purchase and shipped the following business day. We do not ship on weekends.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Due to high demand, delivery may take approximately 2–4 weeks, depending on your location.

What if I don’t receive my order?
If your order has not arrived within 30 days of shipment, you are eligible for a full refund.

Will I be charged customs duties or taxes?
Prices displayed on our website are tax-free in US Dollars. Depending on your country, you may be required to pay import duties, taxes, or customs fees upon delivery. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer. Salus is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing. How do I return an item?
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@salus-store.com, and our support team will guide you through the process.

What if the item I received is incorrect, missing, or damaged?
If you receive an item that is incorrect, missing, or defective, please contact us as soon as possible. Include your order number, clear photographs of the item(s), and any relevant details. We will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.

When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days after we receive the returned item or approve the cancellation. If you have not received your refund within this timeframe, please contact your bank or card issuer, as posting times may vary.
